A Fish Called Walter, while conjuring up traditional British delicacies, also takes inspiration from around the world with new recipes picked up on their travels. In many restaurants where fish and seafood are served, the overall effect tends to inhibit the delicate flavours of the fish - at A Fish Called Walter they are enhanced.
The restaurant can comfortably seat 50 guests - and it is clearly evident space has not been sacrificed to increase the number of covers. There is a natural division which lends itself to two dining sections with a bar / lounge are dividing the two.
